How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the “My Account” section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

What are your return policies
Our return policy stands up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase; but if the tags or hygienic strips have been removed we DO NOT ACCEPT the item(s) back. All returns must be received within 15 calendar days from date of invoice to receive a refund. Returns received between 15 and 30 calendar days from date of invoice will receive an online store credit or exchange only.
When will my order be to processed and shipped?
Completed orders are processed immediately and shipped out within 48-hours of purchase. WE DO NOT SHIP OR DELIVER ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. For your protection, we may require proof of identity in the event of the following: Different billing & shipping addresses entered Past history of fraud or chargeback has been assigned Unable to verify billing address information (i.e. non US credit cards) This may delay the processing of your order. If additional proof of identity is required, we will contact you based on the information provided on your order. Reasons for requesting proof of identity are subject to change at any time..
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All of our orders are shipped USPS FIRST CLASS. USPS Global Express Mail : Average 3 to 5 business days Standard International Shipping : Average 7 to 21 business days.
I want to purchase an item that I see online, but you don’t have my size/color. Can I make a suggestion?

For wholesale inquiries, please email us the name of your store, contact info, location, social network links and website if possible. Upon approval, our director of sales will contact you within 24-72 hrs with final details and will guide you on the next steps on securing your account with Infinite Potential LLC.
